The paddle features an advanced 3-layer construction:

Vertical Toray carbon fiber outer layer for maximum friction and spin
Horizontal glass fiber middle layer for enhanced control
Vertical Toray carbon fiber inner layer for power and durability

The 8mm polymer honeycomb core is coated with resin and surrounded by EVA foam, then encased in carbon fiber. The entire assembly undergoes thermoforming for 25 minutes at 130°C to create a seamless, high-performance paddle.

Customization Process

Step 1: Choose Paddle Size and Shape

USAPA standard compliant sizes available:

16.5" × 7.5" flat top - Ideal for attacking players, offers balanced control and stability

Step 2: Select Materials

Step 3: Pre-Forming Process

Step 4: Thermoforming

The pre-formed assembly is placed in aluminum molds and heated to approximately 130°C for 25 minutes, creating a unified paddle structure. Excess material is polished for smooth edges.

Step 5: Pattern Printing

Custom designs can be applied using:

Particle paint spraying (for larger designs)
